At Total Dose we aim to be embedded in and a healthcare cornerstone of every community in which our independent community pharmacies are located. We strive to be innovative in the services and products we offer, as well as experts in provision of care and education to patients. Ultimately, our goal is to be the pharmacy franchise where patients want to receive healthcare and people want to work.
We want everyone at Total Dose to truly enjoy their job and add to the culture. We aspire to create a work environment that feels like a family and where patients feel like they are at home. Our team believes growth and development is integral for everyone, especially to objectively achieve a pharmacy that truly provides “Better Care, Better You.”
Company History
Total Dose began on October 10, 2013. On that day, David George and Phong Hoang founded the first start-up location with Steven Trevino, Creative Care Pharmacy, in Edmond, Oklahoma. The second store, Hutton Pharmacy, was acquired in early 2016. Clark Bishop and Selma Alami joined the team in 2016 and helped open another start-up, Mustang Drug, in 2017. In 2018, the team ventured out to Washington State to add a fourth store, Friday Harbor Drug. The current owners and Total Dose Franchisees make up the company Board of Directors (Board).
As the company grows, it is important that our standards of quality and customer service remain high. Our reputation for excellence and personal service has played a critical part in our successful history. We expect to extend that success into the future and invite you to share it with us. Total Dose is an independently owned company. Since our earliest days this has been important in providing freedom to shape the Company and its business practices.
We aim to be the model pharmacy that provides efficient dispensing services, high-quality front-end products, expert patient education, and personalized compound medications.
